  • Hello, I read an article that mentioned your name as one who started an NGO program in Cambodia. I am interested in doing something on a non profit base in Cambodia. My background is in IT and Electronics. I was looking at the possibility of starting a long distance IT program using teachers here and send the lesson over the Net in real time to students in Cambodia, especially the one that got deported from the US to Cambodia. I have seen a few documentaries and it's mentioned that they are just dropped there with out any kind of program for them to have any kind of skill to offer the country. Instead to some they are viewed as a hinderence adding to the country. But to me they do have a new chance to start it fresh. I hope my idea to offer them an IT skill will help Cambodia in the long run instead of causing cambodia more problems. I appreciate any comments you may have on my idea. Thank you for your time.
