My husband, David, and I live in SW Missouri. We have 4 quarter horses and love to trail ride. We have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy taking pictures and seeing the pictures that other people take.

The pictures of your trail riding trip to NM and CO were beautiful. My wife and I are planning a trip to the White Mountain Wilderness, Gila Wilderness, Canyon de Chelly and the Weminuche Wilderness Area with frinds and would like to visit with you regarding the trails out of Palisades in the Weminuche. We visited these areas in early September without horses in order to check out the facilities and travel route. At Palisades we were told that the trails were difficult and unsafe. It would appear from your photos that you were able to ride some and I would like to visit with you about the suitability of the trails.

Hey! Thanks for the comment. Attila made it through so many years not trail riding by being a breeding stallion. His riding career was primarily as dressage and jumping. Yep! He was an arena stud! But that's ALL changed now!
