About Me more
"I'm so far away from the sky where I was born. Immense nostalgia invades my thoughts. Now that I am so alone and sad like a leaf in the wind, sometimes I want to weep, sometimes I want to laugh with longing." Song sung by don Juan

Dear Jonathan, So glad you liked the sunset horizon shot in my Mizpah album. That was my shortest photo shoot of any scenery ever! It took all of 5 minutes to take those horizon shots from inside a speeding van over a viaduct crossing some swamplands. The viaduct was too narrow to park on the side (hardly any road shoulders). So I did the next best thing - click & click the camera as often as I can and hope some of the shots come out good. You can imagine just how high the attrition rate of those takes - a whopping 90% since expectedly most of the shots were blurry due constant vehicle movement while taking the shots. The few surviving good ones? Well, you just saw them in the Mizpah album. Thanks for appreciating the result of that shortest but most difficult photo shoot I ever took! God bless you, my friend! Really! ~~~Mary Ann

I love looking at your pictures. I grew up going to Pomona and Irving. I love the NHRA. I met quite a few drivers. I have autographs of John Force, Cha Cha Muldowney, The Snake Don Perdome (I know thats spelled wrong), Jegs and several others, if I can find them I will scann them and put them in my photos. I hope you are having an awesomw summer. Many Blessings My Brother! Jody

Hi Jonathon, Thank you for your comments on my Save the Wolf albums. I understand your thoughts on the wolf, as a North American Indian. They are magnificent animals and we should respect their right to live in our world. I believe, your people think of them as brothers. Peace, Sonyamessina

Hey Jonathan! Your pictures are even better! I used these pictures for a project I did while in Texas for a summer. I'm glad you liked them! Are you yourself of Native heritage? I live in New York, and believe it or not, while it is considered the 3rd or 4th city with the biggest population of American Indians I have yet to meet one in NYC itself! Anywho, Laterz, Kate.
