Hi Nev! Thanks for passing by in my Tenerife album. It was done during a lovely holiday celebrating our 20 year marriage (loving each other for 27 years then). It was taken with my first digital camera a Canon Powershot S30 (a little brick); a lucky camera to start with as many digital camera's could not compete with this Canon at the time. I was lucky as a camera-nitwit to have found two magazines with sound tests and I choose the second best. Not the best as I did not know whether my hobby would last.... But it did! Dear Nevel, So glad you managed to stumble upon my album (La Mesa Dam Ecopark). But I'm even gladder that you like the photo quality of my shots - thanks really to my good old trusty Sony DSC-S60 camera, and just like a good friend, like your bike, it does have a name, Siony (pronounced "Shaw-nee"). Antelope Valley? I visited that place once in 1991 (just about the time when Desert Storm was raging) when my twin sister's family temporarily lived there in Lancaster. Hi Nev, the cabin directions - travel the only road to Golden from Vernal, Utah. It'll be somewhere along that route on the right side of the road. You'll find the road very curvy, good for a bike, not for a 4-tired vehicle. Piture was taken in 1970. Thanks for coming by for a look. Good luck. ron

You have taken so many exciting images. I especially liked Mexico. I wonder if you would be interested in helping with a new idea: we have developed a new web application for high resolution digital photos and are looking for feedback on what you might find useful. Hi Nev, thanks for checking out my albums and for the pointers. I'm afraid my picture taking is a bit haphazard - I usually take the lazy way out and set my old 35 mm on "auto", and with my zoom sometimes I don't take time to focus as well as I should. Yes, I see we both like to be on the go, there's nothing better to me than "road trip"!! I've admired your pictures before and have downloaded several and always enjoy seeing what's new with you.
