Hi Alaskabird, You mentioned that you`ve recently driven the Dalton highway several times in winter. Just wondered if you do any work for the Prudhoe Bay oilfield?

Hi Alaskabird, You did everything correctly. Thank you. You are correct in that we did start out at Pump Station 4, north of the Brooks Range; we came thru Atigan Pass to get there. We hiked down the Sagavanirktok river for 4 days and then looped behind the mountains, up a different stream valley and hiked back for 4 days. Our leader was an instructor at the U of Alaska who was up there counting marmots. It rained for 8 days straight. Great trip!!
