Hi my Webshots friends. I am proud today. Some good steps are accomplished- 200 000 views. Without you my good people, I could not do that.
As you know my friend I love poems and sayings
This phraise is for you. From Shakespeare's As You Like It, 1599:
TOUCHSTONE:
God 'ild you, sir; I desire you of the like. I
press in here, sir, amongst the rest of the country
copulatives, to swear and to forswear: according as
marriage binds and blood breaks: a poor virgin,
sir, an ill-favoured thing, sir, but mine own; a poor
humour of mine, sir, to take that that no man else
will: rich honesty dwells like a miser, sir, in a
poor house; as your pearl in your foul oyster.
Best God bless you. My celebration touchstone is here:

Hi my friend from Webshots.I had recently wonderful trip to Turkey. Next pictures are from there. As always I prefare first to see and then make pictures.
Myra is an ancient town in Lycia, where the small town of Kale (Demre) is situated today in present day Antalya Province of Turkey. It was located on the river Myros (Demre Çay), in the fertile alluvial plain between Alaca Dağ, the Massikytos range and the Aegean Sea.The ruins of the Lycian and Roman town are mostly covered by alluvial silts. The Acropolis on the Demre-plateau, the Roman theatre and the Roman baths (eski hamam) have been partly excavated. The semi-circular theater was destroyed in an earthquake in 141, but rebuilt afterwards.

Hi! Thank you for your warm and kind comments on my "New Year in Egypt" album! They are so encouraging and much appreciated. It's a real pleasure for me to read them! It was a splendid vacation and I also visited Jordan and it was a real temperature contrast of +21C there and -25-28C in Russia! Have a wonderful spring! Good luck! From Russia with love, Alexander.
I have visited Adan's blog. It's wonderful! (I left a comment, but don't know how to attach a photo to it, like the other comments have.) Adan's blog shows so much spirit and love. smiles - Ann
