My favorite foods are...

Roasted red bell peppers, shreded carrots and sliced potatoes in EVOO w/black organic pepper on a bed of brown rice sauteed in soy and worsteshire sauces. Sometimes I will throw pasta in there rather than rice and top it off with green beans!

2 small dogs and a turtle, that I love very much..

My dream vacations would be...

to swim in the Meditterean, visiting Spain and Greece, go to Wales, New Zealand. And to summer in Provence, France in a small villa, at the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards. To return home 2 Scotland but only 4 a visit. An extended stay in Australia.
