Hi Jill, thanks soooo much for your comments and compliments! It means a lot to know people are enjoying my pix. :)
Wansfell...... perfect day, the spindrift was amazing!
Thanks again, you've put a big grin on my chops! :)
Steve.
Hi Jill, the sky in Langdale on Saturday was lovely, couldn't resist taking stacks of pix. Thanks for having a browse. I'm glad you like the captions, some of the wordplay is awful!! lol!! :)
Hope your bug clears up enough for you to get out and about while the sun shines.
Steve.
I really should read all the comments before replying!
I ought to thank the sunset setting on my camera! Makes things look much different.
Really appreciate you taking the time to browse and comment.
Steve.
Hi Jill, glad you liked the Blea Rigg photo's, i was like a metaphorical pig in poo playing in all that snow, great fun and a nice day for piccies too!
Thanks for taking a look.
Steve.
Hi Jill, cheers for stax of comments! Thanks loads.
Lorraine hasn't seen the picture you commented on, i may be in trouble! :)
I should stop writing, your comments are still coming in!! lol.
Thanks again,
'Friend of Yorkshire' Steve.
Hi Jill. At last, I've managed to catch up with your albums, but in slideshow, so I couldn't leave any individual comments. You're certainly getting the use out of the new camera, the Lakes photo's are outstanding, as was Swaledale. Isn't your granddaughter gorgeous. Look after yourself. Best wishes, Dave.
Hello Jill,
had I known I was so close to you I might have called in for a warming cup of tea! The walk was excellent but the overnight temperatures were 'testing' but once in my sac and I get the stove brewing everything is right witht the world! Hope to be able to do another Yorkshire trip next week, thinking about Osmotherly to Ravenscar then up to Whitby and back home along the Cleveland Way which passes about ten miles from home. If you find yourself with nothing better to do, you can see my full 'picture diary' for the wolds way on my 'summonedbyfells' flickr acount.
All good wishes to you and your family, may we all have a wonderful happy healthy and fantastically prosperous 2008!
Freddie.
Hi Jill
Thanks for the kind comments, the office shot is the one "good" side - the others can often include burnt out cars! I have seen kingfishers quite often but these are my first successful photos. I could hardly wait to get home and see how successful they were. Thank goodness for the new camera with a better zoom.
All the best
Dave D
Hi Lakes Lover. Whitby is a fairly regular holiday destination for us. Unfortunately, if the sun goes in and the wind is off the North Sea it can get very cold, very quickly. Ros and I particularly like wandering around the old side of Whitby in the evenings, it's very atmospheric, and we may take a ghost tour this year. Hopefully I'll get chance to take some photo's, which I can then bore everybody with by publishing them on webshots. I'm looking forward to your next albums and Wainright celebrations. Best wishes, Dave.
Hi Lakes Lover, I'm glad you enjoyed my comments. Every time we go to the Lakes, I look at a hill and say 'that'll be a nice walk', my wife looks at a hill and says 'that's a nice hill'. You are the first person to leave me a message and it looks as though I'm the first to leave you a message. Best wishes, Dave (OFC).
