thanks for viewing my crazy FUN house...glad you enjoyed it and appreciated the nice comments...thanks for the information on grapes being bad for kitties...I do have a long list I found on the internet about food stuff that are bad and plants and that kind of thing but grapes were not on the list...good to know....mine are fake....my husband eats fruit so fast it should be growing outta his ears....so I keep the fake stuff on the table...actually rubber grapes...they do look pretty real :) Have a good day (the lady with lots of black cats and one sorta all white with some black)

By the way the City Attorney and the Mayor never did return my calls so I gave up on them. I guess my problem wasn't severe enough for them to help or something. I guess I'm just the little guy compared to their other issues. I hope if this does go to court it's just a one time thing and it doesn't go to trial. Please pray it won't and they will let us stay for at least 90 days and then we will move then. It will be nice to get out of this rat hole. I'm sick of eviction notices! Burton's next heart test is this Wednesday at 12:30. This is the TEE test to get a good look at his heart. Please pray for me as well since I've been sick and having a bad fever. Although I do feel better today than yesterday thank goodness. Taking lots of zinc which is a godsend.

Hello Farmview! Thanks for checking on me. I got the answers I needed today praise the Lord. I felt like I was going nowhere last week. I talked with Bob Lohan that was in charge of the housing landlord tennant issues department and he suggested that Burton's doctor add to the letter he wrote (an X amount of days that Burton would need to recover before moving). He said that this letter is crucial and key for our case if this goes to court which it probably will unless they let us stay here. Let's hope it doesn't go that far with court. If it does then I'll get an attorney then. I already have someone in mind. If it does go to court hopefully the judge will let us stay for the certain amount of days that is requested on the sheet. I have to fax this over to Burton's doctor today so he can rewrite the note and send it to us and then I'll send it to the manager since they won't give me a fax number. So we will see how this turns out. Still praying and still keeping the faith!
