- Former my-street-famous (as opposed to world-famous) magazine editor, now an occasional photojournalist (90 percent journalist, 10 percent photographer)

- I didn’t. I became a journalist straight out of school
- My favorite foods are...
- Any food shared with friends. And - before I die - a lobster roll on the New England coast, a crawfish etoufee in Louisiana and a Dungeness crab at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco (which latter, I might add, I have indeed done).

- Dumb question really. Thanks to TV, DVD etc, most of us watch 4/5 movies a week. To keep this list up to date, you’d have to edit it every 48 hours. Sorry: gotta get on with my life :-) Besides, what do you care about what movie I’ve just watched??
