CHRISTMAS IN BROOKLYN, NYC

These beautifully decorated houses (almost all are on the same block!)are part of an annual holiday tradition in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, NYC. Each year more and more houses join in and now there are even some beauties in my neighborhood too-Bay Ridge.

Another "dream come true" trip. An African Safari in the Serengeti is beyond words. Such endless vistas and amazing animals. Still can't believe we were there.

We spent another two glorious August weeks vacationing in Italy - this time, Sardinia. The landscape is so varied - at times I thought I was in the Caribbean, Greece or the western part of the USA.
