This is the second album of of a series. Not unlike my first "This Is Montana" album, I've extended this album to include a neighboring area. This time I've gone north to include southern Alberta and the Waterton Lakes area, an area not new to my albums.

This album is slightly different from my other albums. It does include pictures taken while hiking in Montana. But it includes non-hiking pictures, and a few pictures that are not in Montana proper, but have a Montana connection. This album will continue

Buck Ridge/Buck Hollow Loop starting from US211 trailhead. Took Buck Ridge trail to Skyline Dr. Returned by Buck Hollow trail. Rapidan River Jan 2004. WhiteOak Canyon Feb 2004.

Hiking Shenandoah National Park, Virginia X

Keyser Run Fire Rd-Little Devils Stairs, Oct 2004 (7-8 mile hike, can be strenuous). The best part of this hike is the canyon and gorge. You see a few scenic views from the fire road. But the best part of the fire rd is Bolen Cemetery. Make sure you stop.

Hiking Shenandoah National Park, Virginia IX

Doyles River Falls and Jones Run hike, Feb 2004. This can be a 7.8 mile hike. But by starting at the Browns Gap Fire Road you can cut 2 miles off the hike and still see all the great waterfalls. Parts of this hike can be strenuous.

Hiking Waterton Lake National Park II

Very little hiking because trails were closed, but still a beautiful place to be. All pictures except "Sunset Canyon Ferry Rd" were taken March 2003.
