New Deck Floor, But replacing damaged exterior wall

Before replacing the old decking with new composite, the exterior wall needs to be tended to. Whoever the idiot was that installed the deck didn't flash behind the ledger board and the continued water and weather deteriorated the sheathing

Utility Room Upgrade - 2009

The wife said she needed more room to do laundry and for storage. The room went from an "L" shape to a rectangle. Meanwhile, Brenton wanted to know when Dad was going to finish so he could come "play" some more and work on the motorcycle.
