This is Mercury Models solid resin figure of the Grim Reaper. This kit was great fun to build. Mostly enamel paints with lots of dry brushing. Finished piece is 13 inches tall.

This is Pegasus Models 1/48 Martian War Machine from the 1950's movie, "War of the Worlds" The model is practically a snap fit kit, but needed a large seam filled around the complete under side. Painted with Tamiya Gold, and Park Green for the wing tips

This is Dragon's 1/35th scale Puma Armored Car. This kit was built straight out of the box, painted with Testors Model Master Enamels, washed with Vallejo Sepia Ink, and weathered with The Tamiya Weathering System. Enjoy!

Rocky Mountain Model Club 2009 Model Show

Model Show at the Seattle Air Museum, 2009

This year, at the Air Museum, there were over 1,980 kits on display. The show happened over the Feb 14/15 weekend. I have 109 pictures loaded here. I looked for different and unusual stuff this year. Lots of Sci-fi and really neat paint schemes. Enjo

The first Sabre I have ever built. Hasagawa's 1/48 scale F-86F-40 In J.A.S.D.F. markings. Out of the box. Seat belts added using tape. Weathering only in speed break and gear bays. This was a special marking aircraft and would have been kept clean.
