Nubian Goats

We now have some pedigree Nubian goats. We bought Nubians because of the higher butterfat content of their milk, making it better for butter and cheese making. We got a young buck and two yearling does and look forward to them producing kids.

Whispering Willows Zara

Zara is our Drum Horse, her momma was a registered Clydesdale mare Glencameron Sassy and her sire a registered Gypsy Horse stallion Rock of Cashel. She is a great mix of these two breeds.

Blue Moons Stella by Starlite

Stella is a rare spotted Gypsy Horse. Even though she has a pattern similar to an Appaloosa, she is a pure Gypsy Horse. This coat pattern could come from the British Spotted Pony. She was imported from England as a weanling.

Blue Moon's Magick

Blue Moon Gypsies Thunder

Thunder was born on June 8, 2008 during a thunder storm, hence his name. He will be offered for sale as a gelding, but in the meantime he will get lots of loving here. His dam is Duchess, a pure Haflinger and his sire a registered Gypsy Horse, named Leo.

Lightning was born on May 25 2008 during a storm, hence his name. He will be offered for sale as a gelding, but in the meantime he will get lots of loving here. His dam is Valentine, a Haflinger cross and his sire a registered Gypsy Horse, named Tibbs.

Our Haflingers

Haflingers, like Gypsy horses are sweet natured horses. I feel that the cross between these breeds will provide a horse with the Gypsy look and temperament at a more affordable price.

South Dakota Trip

May our Shire mare

May is a purebred Shire and our first horse, she came to live with us in January of 2005, and had her Thoroughshire filly Epona in May of that year. As her pictures show she is a very sweet mare.
