Now, this is a DAD! Those penguins really have it tough when it comes to parenting and trying to keep alive and save their chicks and be in all that cold! This is such a great photo, and a perfect choice for POTD for Fathers' Day!

"HAPPY DAD'S DAY" to all you Day's whether you are family Dad's or have taken on the Dad's roll as my son Rob has. I'd love just about nothing more than to have that little 3 year old asmy 'for real & no one can take it away from me Granddaughter'-sweet, precious little Sage!! Rob's the only Dad she's ever known-her birth father wants nothing to do with her. Sad, sad man, but our hearts jump with joy when she calls Rob "Daddy". My children's Dad (my Chuck) passed away 6 weeks ago so this is a hard day for them. The pictures chosen for Webshots special days are so unique and wonderful-this photo is truly what it's all about-so clear and, to me, has the mark of a wonderful photographer-you must have had "some kind of a great time" taking these photos!!-be truly proud, Dear One! Congratulations...to you on Fathers Day POTD. I had an Orangutan photo featured on Mothers Day, how special is that, for us. I envy you for having had the chance to be there present and able to take this wonderful photo. That must have been something so special, thrilling and emotional. PERFECT for Fathers Day. www.creationmoments.org i think it was on the computer yesterday that told about how FATHER penquins keep those eggs warm at 95 degrees for a couple of MONTHS until they hatch. 2. even if the bitterly cold wind blows at 100 degress BELOW zero, good old DAD keeps that egg WARM. 95 degrees. it may have been on www.icr.org both fantastic sites. Fantastic pictures.
