Patsy and I aren't in a contest but we have both recently purchased new camera's and have been testing them to see what we can do with them. I'm glad you liked the results I got with my test. E’ qualcosa di stupendo, meraviglioso, degno di un grande artista! Da esposizione in qualche galleria! Tempo fa scrissi che apprezzavo moltissimo la tua creatività, oggi ti sei superata. Ciao Claudia, yes I'm Turkish and I live in Izmir, what a coincidence that we have got so much in common, small world:)Ayvalik (that's correct, you have got a perfect memory)is also a very beautiful place with its natural and architectural beauties. You must have seen also some ancient cities like Efesus, Didyma, Priene, Afrodisias which are near Izmir..I wish I had digital photos of them(the photos I have are unfortunately non digital;real:)I also have very good memories from Italy and my favorite city is Firenze! I remember once passing through Monza on the way to Como from Milan, hope to see the city one day, maybe at the time when there is the F1 racing!Ci sentiamo, Burcu

Claudia, My POTD wa the first Butterfly on the Butterfly Rainforest. Somehow I messed up my webshots home page. I am hoping the Webshots techs may be able to help me with it. It appears that I can upload and others can view but my home page no longer shows my albums.

Hello Claudia, Thank you so very much I went today to Norfolk and you will not believe how different it looks in the daytime!!! I love the color blue and this was so beautiful it just screamed TAKE MY PICTURE so I did!! My friend by the way is doing great, he is home now and continuing to mend!! I know how uncomfortable he is, as I went through the same procedure in June 2005

Buongiorno Claudia & Giancarlo. E’ un grand’angolo Nikon 20mm f. 2.8, obiettivo eccezionale per certe inquadrature, che avevo acquistato a NY per farci entrare i grattacieli. La sgranatura alle volte non si può evitare, nelle foto in questione c’era poca luce, sai il cielo grigio di Londra, ma in generale, per conto mio ha dei limiti accettabili. Ciò che conta è l’idea. Thanks for the message, Claudia! I think that is so great that you and Giancarlo share the same hobby, same as my husband and I do! We do the same thing--we go together and take a lot of the same photos and learn much from each other. We have even tried taking walkie-talkies with us on our outings and going separate directions, only to find that we've taken many of the same scenes with our photos. :-)) Keep having lots of fun and have a great week.
