Jade: I'm delighted to read your message! Wonder why it took me so long to "discover" you (LOL)! BTW: Can't take ALL the credit for editing my profile page with ADDITIONAL memorable quotations (except for the original by Kubler-Ross)--I got the idea from Tereza del Pilar who's an inspiration to all of us! (Check out her profile page.) Now, to go through and type (in WORD) all of the quotes I've compiled over the years! You can be sure that I'll be visiting you very often. Regards, Miriam

Thank you Jade for your wonderful comments. Teresa had her work at a Trade Show. I bought one of the Spirit of the Polar Bear. And it is signed. Her work is beyond wonderful. As she lives not far from me I was able to get it from her. Wanted to be sure she got the money from the sale. The plant is a Christmas Cactus that belongs to a friend of mine. My thumb is not all that green. Thanks again Jade.....Anna

Hi Jade, thanks for visiting our Paris album and the lovely comments.About your questions:We didn't climb any building,we just didn't have enough time during our short stay in Paris. There are 3 lifts to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower...or 1652 steps to climb...:)Take care, Henri.
Yeah, when I was a teen, they were the dumbest people I knew, now that I'm older, I appreciate their knowledge- I guess that's how life goes 'cause my kids r teens now, and I'm the one who's "stupid" - Thanks for the kind comments!

You are right Jade, that first boy's haircut is the end of the "baby" stage in his life. It is pretty dramatic for the mother. Thanks for commenting. - - Brian

Hello Jade, Thank you for your kind comments on my "Primary Colors Sampler" entry in the CC. The individual blocks are made of traditional quilt patterns. Hancock Fabrics had a "Block a Month" promotion a couple of years ago. I purchased each block with instructions and made the blocks until I had all 12. I laid it out the way I liked it, put various colored borders on each block and chose the sashing. When I had the top all together, my daughter quilted it on a long arm machine for me. I also have a Patriotic Quilt in reds, whites, blues and golds which I got the same way except that I wanted it bigger and had to find my own patterns and fabric for 4 extra blocks. It is on my Webshots page, too. Thanks for your encouragement. Marie

Thanks, my little yellow frog was yellow because he was hiding inside a yellow bag. They camoflague(sp?) themselves. He should have been in a tree where he belongs.

Happy New Year,Jade! Thanks for visiting my Christmas albums. Those bows are fun and not too hard with wire-edged ribbon. I hate stick on bows!!!Wrapping gifts is fun for me. I did not have the energy to look up all the lyrics to all the carols as you did,BUT,I really enjoyed that album of yours.Looking forward to lots more photo opportunities in 2009....Pat
