Dear Sam, thank you so much for your visit to my spring garden album, and so many wonderful comments! Spring is indeed bursting out all over now, it is finally warm enough to shed the jumper and everything is green, green, green! And the golf course has dried out! No more muddy trousers to scrub....hurrah! Warmest wishes to you Sam, Jane.

Hi Sam, thanks for visiting my bridge and windmill pictures! I never get enough of them either. We visited one in Kentucky that was being rebuilt. http://tinyurl.com/yjyuxen I am glad to report the Kentucky Johnson Creek bridge is now completely restored. From the picture I have seen, it looks like a very good job. I am glad to see old ones being saved. waltdaniels@hotmail.com

Dear Sam, heartfelt thanks for all your lovely remarks on my new Cradle Mountain album - I am so glad you liked it. It really is a nature lovers paradise. I feel so lucky to live just a couple of hours drive from such a clean and beautiful place. A few hours in those forests and I feel like I've been reborn. I loved the beautiful Emily Dickinsn poem, thank you!! The moss is indeed cunning! And I do think those trees were birches, but I wouldn't stake my life on it, I'm not very good at identifying trees....Thank you again my friend, and my best wishes to you, Jane.

Dear Sam, thanks for the nice words on my hoop petticoat daffodil - the snails usually gobble them up, but this year I think they concentrated on the fritallarias and the daffs got a fighting chance for once. Best wishes from Jane.

Hi, Sam, Thank you very much for all of your wonderful comments on my albums on Nancray, in central France, from our visit in May of this year! I am delighted that you were taken by the peacefulness and rich green beauty of this secluded spot -- Based on the spirit communicated by your lovely pictures, I think that you would very much enjoy visiting the home and gardens there.
