Thanks Mary Ann for the information on the water park area, it is nice to know interesting facts of how this came to being. Thanks I guess I should check out things more as I see them in webshots but then would I have time to take a picture if I was doing all that research <grin> thanks again, I love the proverb you use, speaks so much for the pictures handed to Webshots to be viewed around the world, the fragrance (joy, awe, amazement, deligh t,and appreciation) is left on our hearts as people react to them.

Mary Ann, i am soo happy you do love my gift for YOU. You make sooo lovely compliments, your words are coming from your heart.... :-) From Your rose i let made a poster in the dimension 80x60 cm by a photolabor. It does not matter, you can use it. But, i would very much like, if you would download a photo from You, specially for ME, it would be only for me, you can be sure. Am i a bit intrusive??? Have a beautiful weekend, you and your profile-photo are soooo beautiful , Markus

Thank you Mary Ann for the visit and the nice words. Work is a huge barrier for the pursuit of the light, still my camera goes with me to work and back home daily for those captures along the way. The gasoline going up has changed my route from the longer highway to the straight dirt road and there is so much to see on the country roads of a morning, this morning I had to stop and shot three turkeys that had wondered across the road, I hope it turns out ok, light was borderline. Yes the things you take for granted there is very exoctic to me, a mysterious, mystic land that I probably will not make it too and see so seeing it from your angle is my way of taking the vacation I may never have, thanks for your deligence in photos.

Hi Mary Ann. This weekend I am celebrating reaching one million views. Since becoming an active WS member about 3 years ago I have rekindled my love of photography, in large part because of the photo walks that keep me getting out there (wherever that may be) with my camera, the creative challenges that encourage us to attempt something new, and because of all the great feedback and comments that are exchanged. And of course if I never joined WS I never would have met you and had that memorable photo shooting day in Angono... I have compiled a "Thanks, a Million" album of various features and cc placing photos in a thank you album. I invite you to stop by and take a look. And I hope to be able to spend some time looking over your recent shots too! Steve

MaryAn It has been quite some time since last talked to you - right now both the wife and I celebrated our 70th's and also our 50th wedding anniversary. It looks like we won't be going back to the PI for quite some time - really love being there jhummel18 (Jim)

Thanks for being my first friend on webshots, Mary Ann! I shared your photo of the Bataan cross with some friends on Facebook. Do you have an account there? I’m an American who’s been living with my new family between Dagupan and Baguio. I met my wife on a photo-sharing site called snapmylife back in ’08, arrived here 4/1/09, and haven’t been back to the states since. Best wishes and God bless … Ted

Hello Mary Ann.Thank you for your message. Massive damage. Many dead. Most of the older buildings have been flattened. Many parts of the city have on water, power or sewer. We are ok but badly shaken. No more damage to our house just a lot of water and silt bubbling up from the ground. 75 dead and 300 still missing. I'll keep in touch.Bernard

Hi Mary Ann, You are welcome. I am so happy, for you. I have a friend from Australia, at Multiply. She has asked her friends, to pray for Australia and New Zealand. They are having a rough time, weather wise. Would you pray for them, too? Thanks in advance. Have a great week. Hugs, Teresa

Hi Mary Ann, Thanks for visiting my Pokeweed album. The Pokeweed berries are toxic to humans and all mammals. However, the berries are edible by birds. The berries have been used as a dye, and there are also some medicinal uses after being boiled.
