Aloha Clark! You spent much time with me today and I am so happy you enjoyed your visit to Alaska! Your intuitive notes and sincere appreciation for my work means so much to me, thank you so much! You are the first person who has noticed the tide in my Anchorage image! Your kind words are warmly received! I am so happy you enjoyed the slide show with the sunset last night. I pulled up to one of my favourite viewing spots, which is changing everyday as the earth tilts on her axis, and as you know soon she will no longer be visible for a very long time of darkness so I am greeting the sun every day for as long as she makes an appearance! I added the poetry which inspired the title. It was somehow removed by WS software, perhaps it did not like the font. So I replaced it. And will leave it here for you to see, it is a beautiful poem! Sharon ~ Author is unknown ~ "Arising from her jewelled bower, Dawn steps from out the flaming sky, And in her hand are hopes that flower, And at her feet the hours that die. And ere the darkest shadows fall, Sweet Evening comes from twilight lands, And pours her peace upon us all, And touches us with healing hands."

Here is message 100. We have gotten a lot of messages this week about the silliness going on. I just read your message to Sharon and I agree with all you and your very wise wife, Jan has had to say. But one of your pictures is currently on my desktop (they change all the time) and that is why I joined Webshots, to enjoy other's marvelous, peaceful pictures and as you say also get e-mails re your own photos. Thanks Clark for being such a good friend and for your wisdom in all of this. Have a really good day. You didn't answer me as to whether or not Flossie came near you. But I gather that you are A OK!! hugs, Marion

Yes, absolutely, and now for some off the grid soul restoration, I do believe your wonderfully intuitive message will be the last one I read for a while. I am satisfied with the results of this investigation. All is well for the most part and although many are drawing a line in the sand and taking sides, truth prevails when reasonable people take the time to review the evidence so clearly set before them. If no one speaks out on these members who are breaking the law and infringing on the copyrights of others, then it will never stop! We must work together to help maintain the integrity of this site and even in the face of opposition we must continue! Webshots cannot cope with the enormous volume of images which are uploaded every day, there are thousands and thousands of images every single day! It is why we must hit the hyperlink and flag the page, submitting the violation report when we see those images which are obviously in violation of laws to help them deal with the problems. I am an advocate for truth, projecting love and light!! It is evident in my work and in my words. Like attracts Like, and there is an extraordinary spiritual strength in the power of intention. I am so pleased that we won this battle, for it truly was a battle of right versus wrong, truth versus deception. I am pleased that truth has won with this incident and can finally really sleep for it has so occupied my energy I am exhausted!! I am sleepy and smiling!! Dearest friend Clark, I wish you a lovely day! Sharon

Fraud and Copyright Infringement Notice ~ Here is a quote from Kelli's album commentary "just some photos taken all over the state of colorado and a few in south/north dakota...Many of the scenery photos to include most of the waterfall photos were taken from my moms Camera...I found them on her memory card and computer" end quote!!! Kelli's plagiarism and photo theft has been proven again and again and again, there are hundreds of stolen images in her albums!!! There is a conversation thread on our message forums with many many URL hyperlinks to the original photographers and artists websites and sources proving her illegal actions. I don't understand why her account is still active and her stolen images still on view on Webshots with her false claims of ownership! We recommend Kelli Mays account be terminated immediately by Webshots and all her albums removed from this website!! Here is the link to Kelli's album, please flag this page! ~ http://outdoors.webshots.com/album/555650423pvuvrI?track_pagetag=/page/photo/outdoors/scenerynature&track_action=/BreadCrumb/Album ~ and here is a link to the original photographer's site where Kelli gleaned and stole the images, then posted them in her albums claiming them as taken from her mother's camera! ~ http://www.ramblincameras.com/Cdscenicsth.htm ~ Thank you in advance for your help in protecting our copyrights and the copyrights of others, as well as improving the integrity of Webshots!

Aloha Clark!! Please take a moment and have a look at this, please open the links and see the fraud, it is important! Kelli claims that her mother painted this as well as many other images in her albums so I want you to see this!! Message from Shelly on my message forum ~ "Hi Sharon, I have just flagged another one of kellimays' photos and I'm really shocked by this one. She actually falsely claimed a painting by Larry Dyke to have been painted by her mom. The painting has 20 comments praising her mom's work and Larry's watermark is still in the left hand corner. Here is Kellimays photo link: http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2928001870029210395RowGYG and here is a link to Larry Dyke's painting which he is selling for $130: http://www.hdmurals.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=794 Regards, Shelly said scarlette_1962 29 min. ago

Good morning Clark. I haven't had a chance to view the whole slideshow because I am working full time this week and can't watch a slideshow here at work, but can't wait to see it in all it's bauty. I have been watching the news and see that Hurricane Flossie is travelling your way. This is not good news. Are you batten down, or is it going to be a threat were you are? Will keep you all in our prayers, you know everyone that lives in the beautiful State of Hawaii. Take care and have a wonderful day. big hugs, Marion

Mahalo A nui loa for responding so quickly Clark, thank you so much for your support!! Unfortunately they are still there and I won't have any rest tonight until I see the album has been removed! I cannot quite believe it for they had sent me a note on one of my images, and when I went to his/her site to thank them for the comment I decided to visit their albums and I can tell you when I saw they had taken almost every one of my images from Darkly, deeply, beautifully blue and posted them as their own I flipped out!! My hands are still shaking I am so upset. I honestly don't think I would have been quite as outraged by photographs and I am about that particular album for it is such a part of my heart and soul they are almost sacred to me! So I do hope everyone flags it and Webshots pulls down the album quickly. It is a problem posting on the internet, something I considered very careful before I began uploading in December 2006. I have been a member since 2003 but never active until this year. This exact incident is the reason why I was reluctant to post my images. So thank you for your help and support, I'll be back soon when this is resolved! Aloha! Sharon

Thank you Clark, what a sweet thing for you to dedicate the new album to both Sharon and I. I love Sharon's work and she like so many others is a real treasure as a Webshots friend and a word smith with her words. I love that about you and Sharon alike, you weave a story with your pictures. Again thank you my friend. I think you are pretty wonderful too....Marion

On Crimson Crest, thank you so much!! It was so extraordinary Clark I cannot describe it!! Wow!! I knew it was going to be a sensational sunset for I was out on the lake all day in a paddle boat watching the most brilliant blue reflections in the water with such an amazing deep blue sky, and I just knew the sunset was going to be spectacular! I was spellbound I can tell you!! And throughout that entire series, it became very difficult to choose as I wanted to post them all! The colours of deep reds and golds were shifting so quickly I was astonished!! A beaver swam by, frogs were leaping in the water in front of me. Huge dragonflies were clicking in a mating dance. The loons were calling and gathering in groups on the shore at forest edge. Such an amazing reflection of the colourful clouds and this enormous brilliant orb reflected in the lake so deep it looked like two universes!! And all the while constantly looking over my shoulder and all around as the darkness in the forest around me deepened, so worried that a grizzly would walk up at any moment!! Praying the entire time God, keep me safe, for I was standing on the lake shore in the middle of the wilderness with the very real possiblity of an appearance of bear, moose, wolf.....at any moment, so it is difficult for me to remember having such a heightened state of situational awareness while focusing on this glorious gift of a sunset!! I also forgot to mention, my fellow sun chaser, that I added some new images to the MARCH OF THE SETTING SUN album last night. We finally had a sunset where we could see the sun go below the horizon. First one since July 31st! -Randy

Forget to mention that I appreciate your humor in stating how the rules are perfectly clear... that IS a good one! Yup... perfectly clear like last time when an entry with added images won. Ha! You funny guy. -Randy
said rjscholten
Hey guy! Thanks for your comment on my Wanted Poster. The entry is a collage with images that contain words being added. It does not have watermarks, logos, copyright symbols, graphic borders, frames and time stamps and should, therefore, be valid. It is just very creative. :-)

Clark I can't find the word to really thank you for your lovely comments on my featured album. I will wait for you if you love to come and visit this place. Your albums are fantastic. My best wishes. Joe
