  • Hello Sharon. What an enjoyable journey I have just made to Yellowstone, albeit a virtual trip via this wonderful album. I was there this summer, but sadly was on a tight schedule so the visit was all too brief. Thanks for showing it to me through your camera lens. Your captures are awesome. You may like to drop by and glance at my own album if you ever get the time. I've also called to thank you for stopping by and signing my Christmas feature. I appreciated your kind words. I am sorry that it has taken me so long to reply, but life has been very hectic over the holiday period as you can well imagine. At least I'm in time to wish you the happiest of new years. Kind regards, Jayne/England xx

  • Hi Sharon, These two Yellowstone albums are outstanding. I particularly like your "pict0007 Geyser Reflections at Midway Geyser Basin". It is such a great and imaginative shot. The two times I was there I never thought of using the water reflections. I certainly missed some great ones as you have amply demonstrated. Definitely next time! Greetings from Florida, Paul. P.S. Thank you for your kind words this past week on my Lowry Zoo album.

  • Hi Sharon, thanks for the message in my snorkel album. Just remember you are never to old to start. I am now at wrong end of th 60's & did not even learn to swim untill I was 50, now I cannot do enough (but only in warm water). Like this Yellowstone album & do want to visit soon but my wife has suddenly become "allergic" to long distance travel. This last trip to Nevada she hated! sat in car most of time. You might be interested in some of my 5 albums from this trip, wild flowers & mountain vistas, perhaps the Bristlecone pines, but perhaps not the ghost towns & old mines. Best wishes Eric

  • Looks like Yellowstone is anything but yellow. Love the pics of the thermal pools, nice deep crystal blue water and reddish earth surrounding it. I like the other albums too. They're so beautiful. Thanks for sharing and for the kind words in my Singapore album guestbook. Cheers.

  • Dear Sharon, these albums are fantastic and capture the real heart of Yellowstone! I have been there when I was younger and have special memories always. The snaps you have taken of the diversity of all the geysers, melting pots, and hot springs are so good and show the amazing colours and power as well! I can almost smell those sulphur fumes! The close ups of the bison are so fabulous and just everything in this album was a joy to see again! Many thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend! All the best, amy :)

  • Yellowstone is one of my all-time favorite places. My first time there I gave myself a couple of days, and figured that'd be enough. After all, what's so great about a bunch of geysers, right? Right. I've been back a number of times since, for much longer periods, and it's never enough. Thanks for sharing these! Jon, Seattle.

  • HI Sharon, What a great album!!! I can see why the last entrant would want to use one of your pics for the cover of their report! The colors and compositions are outstanding! Bill and I are hoping to make that same trip that you took, but it will probably be a number of years before we can go. Your pictures will keep me inspired until that time!! • Sharon I work for a not-for-profit organization, The Thermal Biology Institute in Bozeman, Montana that is studying about the thermal features in Yellowstone. We are working on our Annual Report and wondered if we could use one of you photos for the cover, with proper credit given of course. Is there a way I could contact you via email or phone? Thanks in advance! Susan Kelly

  • We are back to your album! Thanks for your so nice message in our guestbook! We discovered the photo from you and Bob in Weezie's album: you are wonderful people and we are proud to have you as webshots friends! To anwer your question: Our daughter Barbara (username: bao666), the youngest of our four children, lives in Geneva, not maried; she has a horse and she likes travavelling. So she came for a 10 day visit to us during our Tucson vacation, then went for a couple of days on a ranch in New Mexico for horse back riding. She has albums also from there on the webshots. Again we look at your so excellent Yellowstone report, we can't see enough from this wonderful place! Thanks again for sharing such awesome pictures with your webshots friends! Henri and Kaethi

  • Great thanks, Sharon!!!!!! Thanks to your wonderful albums, we can visit again this unique park!!!We like these colorful pots and pools and the impressive geysers. We think that the pictures with Fishing Bridge, pict.0028 and 0015 are masterpieces with the superb blue! You present us all members of a Bison family: The mama seems to be so peaceful, but may be, it's better to stay away, she could be defending her baby... Sure, we would avoid big papa! May be, a hug for the baby? Another question: Are these really all mule deers in your albums? Are some of them not elks? Congratulation for your so interesting report of one of the most beautiful places in the USA!!! Henri and Kaethi
