Hello Jacques. I visted Berchtesgaden in 1964. Your photos are fantastic. I'm looking for photos of a gasthaus/lodge we stayed at which had a 4 hole gole course and they were steep. Do you recall any on your travels to Berchtesgaden?

Bonjour Jacques! I truly enjoyed visiting your albums particularly this one on Germany. The photos gave me a glimpse of the different places to see when we visit this country in November. You did a great job in capturing the beauty of this place. Thanks, Bernie from California.

Hello,Jacques - I reached back in time to this beautiful album of Ludwig II's castle on Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden and Salzburg - beautiful photos of scenery as well as opulent castle interiors. A beautiful album I just had not seen before, even though it has been here since 2003! Definitely great for some downloads! Thank you for your comments in my guest book of Huntington Gardens, which I appreciated. As always, you are very thorough in commenting on individual photos that attracted your attention. As you and Pierre are about to embark on your big trip to the western part of the US and Canada, you are definitely in for a big treat ! I wish you a safe trip, some great weather, and look forward to the results of your photographic exploits.I know we can expect some more great photos. My best wishes, bruno

loved your photos. I'm American, but I've visited Germany twice now. Stayed in Frankfurt and at Bernau a Chiemsee.I visited Salzburg Austria, and the salt mines at Bergschtesgaden. Your pictures brought back many warm memories of two of the best trips of my life, and two very awesome countries. Thank you.

Being a blend of Germnam, Dutch and American Inidan,I can easily fall into different social mixes in my 32 years as an American Citizen who resides in SanDiego, CA. The world will awalys be filled with curiosity.ANd Curiosity always wins! That is why we travel all over the worldto see new things and meet new people and discover and educate ourselveson other on-going issues.Germany is my pride and joy;so far. Because I have not seen, experiecneced, meet,i nteracted with people from every country in the world. So, I am opened that their are unique, nice, pleasant people who would provide great insight with the knowledge and experience that would assit in making me see the stars from every possible angle within countries of the world. Maybe my dreams may find a real vision. Thanks for making me open my eyes to what their is all to see in this world!(smile)E-Mail at "SmoothTanBlond@ aol.com. Nice Day to ALL> Happy Holidays!

Hallo! More wonderful photos of Bavaria! It makes me homesick. We lived in the little walled village of Marktbreit/Obernbreit about an hour from Rothenburg, and a half-hour from Wurzburg. You have captured the beauty of this area very well in your photos. Charlotte Clarke Geier

What beautiful memories this album brings to us, having spent many years in Germany and Austria. I grew up in Vienna, Austria, but moved to the US in my teens. But was fortunate enough to spend another 11 years in Frankfurt, Germany. Never did get to Chiemsee, missed the entry time by a few minutes. But now through your pictures did get to see part of this wonderful castle. Thanks sooo much!! hamil-calif
