Island of Fehmarn

I visited Fehmarn about sixty years ago and enjoyed seeing your pictures.I was born in Germany,but I live in Tennessee now.We used to spent our vacations at the Baltic Sea,I have lots of memories.

I enjoy these pictures so much. My grandfather passed away years before I was born but told my father the storys on how nice it looked on the island of Fehmarn mostly at night when he could see the lights of Lolland over the water. He, as well as his brothers came to America in the early 1900`s from there. His name was Gustv Kutnink. He left some family there that we all never heard from again. Sad how time erases memories.
