  • Ken, love the album. I think the "what is it?" is upside down. :) Maybe it's a thing that was used to cultivate (note the steel part on top that would turn soil). I love old stuff like this. Thanks for sharing. Donna (who may be part Choctaw) ;)

  • Hi Ken! Thanks for signing my guestbook. This album of yours is so nostalgic. WOW! I had no idea there is a real Choctaw Ridge! Do more, please. Thanks. Louise

  • Very good album Ken, very intersting. I enjoy very much looking at those pictures. It remindes me on my half year stay in States in Waukegan Ill, back in mid 70th. I like driving arond little places in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin visiting Antic shops and I had vey good time. Thanks for sharing. Ludvik

  • I remember this antique shop...have visited it myself. My husband really enjoys the old stuff and knows so much about antique farm equipment. I tend to go for the shiny pretty glassware myself. Thanks for sharing and for the notes in my guestbook.

  • Ken...A beautiful, interesting album! I love to see places like this that have so many things in them and half of them you aren't really sure what they are. Choctaw Ridge? Isn't that the place where Billy Jo McAllister jumped off the Talahachie Bridge...according to the old song? I did not know there was a real place named that. Enjoyable album. Hope you had a nice vacation. warm wishes, Barbara

  • "One man's junk is another man's treasure". I didn't make that up but it seems to be true. Great store and good photos. Arthur, Toronto Canada.
