Album Description:

The Japanese Garden was the inspiration of Scott Fikes, former Botanic GArden Director. Charles Campbell, former director of Parks and Recreation, pursued this idea in 1968 and Kingsley Wu was commissioned to finalize plans. Construction began in 1970.
