  • I really enjoyed this album, especially the purple roses. I also read you entry of Nov 6 and you are right on the mark. I try to find imperfect albums and photos, as anyone can take good pictures of florists bouquets. Thank you, Len/VA

These are amazing, and you do such wonderful photography, as I go through your albums, I am more taken in by your pictures, your skill with the camera..thank you so much for all these wonderful photos you have shared with us ! And for you so very kind comments in my book, lately I have been so uninspired to take photos what with all that is going on around us !   • Hello, my friend! I read your guestbook entries, and here's my take: Although, yes, some of the pictures of Roses are not "perfect", that is the way Nature (God) makes them in time. It is natural for them to not be "perfect" throughout their several-day bloom. The point is that you took the pictures because you love photography, and you love Roses, and the combination means something to you. So dont worry if your pictures aren't exactly what you wanted them to be. They are what they are. Keep taking pictures of Roses and everything else. You enjoy it as I and many other folks do, so just do it, and be satisfied that you did!   • Dear Kinkedoll or other there only look after a perfect Rose, but what is perfect? The life is wonderful, but it is different and not always perfect, Spring Roses are more powerful and beauty than fall Roses. The idea with this Album is only Picture of the last Roses year 2000 in Denmark. I also like to see Roses without illness and decadence, but the life is different both fore Roses and People. In Denmark are Roses in October fall-roses. Also Roses in the end of the life cycles, there is some perfect Roses in fall, but this is smaller and have not the same power like Spring or Summer Roses, and the many of this Roses have imperfections. Fore us are there also good thing with old age both fore human and Flower. Here on Webshots are many many awesome and completely Roses, what is completely? With computers and software programs I also can do something with this Roses, so there not are scar and imperfections on the Roses and they can be more like Cyber roses, but for me will it be wrong in this case. I wanted take true photos with right colour and of what I see with my eyes, will I give to you. Another thing is, ours Album are always under constructions and some not good photo technical picture - Sorry for the White Princess Caroline of Monaco Roses - will move out for technical better photo from the same place and period, and perhaps a better title fore this album will be something like this FALL ROSES 2000 01 Thanks to all there writing and reading in my Guest book and of course also to Kinkedoll comment. I learn a new funny word - nitpicker - perhaps if Good will, I shall go to the same place in next spring and take pictures of Young, strong and roses out scar! Steen/Denmark

  • Hi Honey Dont hate me but next time you take your awesome flower photos make sure your flower subjects dont have imperfections for such closeup shots! Many are lovely then my eye caught a torn petal. Call me a nit picker but Im only trying to help. Your shots would be perfect otherwize!!
