    • Hi Dan, being a fellow Canadian with an interest in trains, it was a pleasure viewing this album of Canadian content. I have you bookmarked so it's easier for me to return to your page to view your material. If you'd like to form a friendship, that would be great. If you're interested, I have a couple of train albums you could view and leave your opinion. As I'm from Hamilton, my material is from that region. Regards from Ron.

    • Thanks Dan, Appreciate your help in locating questions/answers in rail information-hopefully I can know what I'm shooting before the diesel arrives in our City. Thank you for your nice comments on my album and I'll be sure to open up the website you wrote me about and see what I can find. Be taking in your other sites probably tomorrow when time allows. Thanks again. Ron/Oregon Coast

    • Hello, Your albums are an impressive lot here. Your upclose and personal are quite good, as is the lock. I have to tell you that I'm rather new at shooting loco's and I just updated my site with a 1922 Baldwin Steam Locomotive this week that used to run in this logging town years ago. I'd appreciate if you'd visit my site and let me know what you think of what I shot and leave a note if you would. Defining the parts of the steamer was an education in itself. We've a diesel coming next, a Switcher, as they call it and know exactly nothing about it, but I'd like to define the diesel's parts as well. Any idea where I might locate the nomenclature on one? Again, thanks for showing this album and so many more. Ron/Oregon Coast

    • Hi and greetings from Kentucky. I have really enjoyed looking at these trains. There is a lot of facts and information you have shared here in this album. I would love to see the Union Pacific Big Boy 4-8-8-4. What a monster this must be. Much thanks for your efforts in making this album so enjoyable... I shall return to look some more... Darrell

    • Love this picture; my dad worked on the railroad in Havre; this brings back many memories; we need more pictures of the area around Havre, like Saddle Butte or Square Butte.--Sylvia (Bergler) Lawrence
