Hi, I started school in Elvin, Mo. My Mom graduated from high school there in 1949 or 1950. You have a picture of my great grandfather (I have an original of the same) Henry Harris. Enjoyed the album about Elvins. I grew up in Elvins and graduated in 1948. Joined the Air Force in 1950 and later retired in Florida. At 16 I was the delivery boy at John Clintons general store. Two pictures of this store is in this album and brought back memories. A pictue of Bob Thomas remined me of when he and I lived only 5 houses from each other and were real good friends. F15eagle31 .

I grew up in an old St. Joe house near Elvins and I was wondering if you knoew where I could get historic info on the house. My parents still live in the house. My family has only occupied the house since the early 90's and I have always been curious about it's past.
