This would be the 1st ABA area record if accepted. First reported at 11:00 the morning of Jun 5th, I refound the bird in the same location an hour later. To my knowledge, only 7 people have seen the bird so far.

am i seeing this wrong, or is this bird showing classic signs of cage wear... i don't think this should be overlooked just to add a bird to the state list. careful consideration should be had prior to any acceptance of this bird. the tips of the tail and certain wing feathers look pretty beat up.

could the bird have been caged? it looks like the wings and tail are consitent with a bird that has been in a cage...is this possible for this species?
