You have such great shots of the tigers. I may be headed to India for my next trip and would love to see the tigers - I never thought you could get a good close up shot from the back of an elephant!! My other choice is Macchu Picchu and you of course have gone there too. Your photos are wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration. It will be a tough choice. Can I ask you what month of the year did you go on these 2 trips? Lorraine (NYC)

Hi Suresh. Sooo many superb shots. Wish I had the time to comment on individual photos, but I leave for Italy in a couple of days and I have soooo much to do before then. I'll be away for just over 3 weeks. Can't wait to see some sunshine as here in England the weather is so miserable with endless rain. Thank you so much for stopping by my featured album today. I appreciated you taking the time to leave a comment. Meeting Beth was a fabulous experience. Wouldn't have missed it for anything. Take care. Warm wishes, Jayne/England

My dear friend Suresh. This is one more album of yours that is a masterpiece. I saw few Netional Geographic movies on the Indian tiger, and didn't knew that there is a way to see them in life and in the open and not in a zoo. Thank you very much my dear friend for your nice comment at my last album, ( the Rhein and the Mosel rivers)Your comment and your remarks are always so welcome. RAN

Dear Suresh, thank you so much for your messages! I am happy you liked the small album about the Fellahin – it just is not what people are usually looking for. For me it was an eye-opener. Also thanks for finding and congratulating about my H&G feature. At this occasion I discovered you do look at those features every day! I really admire you for being such an important figure in encouraging all those members on their day of fame. I have to admit that I barely manage to follow my own features – which I usually discover when I got the mail. I should do better!! Yesterday I finished to upload the last picture of my travel to Jordan together with Maria and Rafal(komierowski100-2400 )and I asked myself how do you manage to cut the pictures of a travel down to a single album!? I will never learn that. Where are you up to now? Any new plans? And how are you?All the best to you and your family!! – Galit :-

Hello Suresh - Thanks so much for sharing my excitement of having a POTD in Home and Garden – Your congratulations were very kind and much appreciated - I’m so happy my work is getting recognized – Thanks for being my Webshots friend and for your encouraging support! – I was a little puzzled by Webshots renaming my photo - I named it “Flamboyant Chutzpah” - But Webshots renamed it “Floral Fireworks” – Clearly Webshots is revealing its chutzpah after all! – Hugs – Larry

My dear Suresh, I just finished viewing this wonderful album on slideshow and what a treat it is. I am always surprised at how zoo animals are fat compared to those in the wild. I loved every shot and was wondering how you got such close ups without being eaten (for which I am most grateful, lol) when I came across the shot of you on the elephant, what a wonderful adventure you had and how thrilled I am you shared it with all of us on Webshots. This album really needs to be featured! A belated congratulations on your outdoors POTD! Big Hug, Candy

As you could see by my comments, your album has made me ponder about the beauty of nature and about how we humans have intervened with it. Dear Suresh, This album speaks volumes, not only of the wonders of nature, but also of your photographic expertise. As always, you have bestowed on us a marvelous album of superb photos, complete with interesting and informative titles and information. The picture of you and Usha taking photos while riding on the elephant is an added bonus and most appreciated. This "tiger hunt" that you were on is very different from the one my grandfather was on a hundred years ago when he lived in India and was a professional photographer and the tiger population was estimated at 40,000. Dear Suresh and Usha, I knew by advance that this album shoud be a treat for the eyes and it is more than expected!!! Animals in the wild are so different than in a zoo! This is a National Geographics safari reportage of great quality! A FEATURE IS REQUIRED!!! I am amazed by the sharpness of the pictures as You were balancing on the back of an elephant!!! If the tigers pictures are all exceptional and very impressive, your new passion for birds gives fabulous results! I can only say Bravo and thank You for the invite and for the time passed to name with precision all these wild creatures, best regards, Jacques

Suresh, it is an honor to be the first writing a comment in this fascinating album. Both National Parks seem to be full of surprising views and full of animals seldom seen in the wild. The portraits of the tigers, the birds and the others are fantastic! I see the tigers are quite easy to catch. They do not move much and even sometimes seem to pose for you!! :-) And I think it is the first time seeing you in an album – even if it is hiding behind a camera :-). Thank you so much for the invitation!! This album definitely made my day. :-) Galit
