  • Thanks for sharing your photos of the moving wall. As a Vietnam vet, I saw it down in Ventura back in the 1980's and still get choked up whenever I see it again. Again, thanks. Regards, Tom

  • Congrats on your timely feature. I have been to The Wall in DC, and I had my bracelet with me, found my soldier, did the rubbing, and bawled like a baby. Not to be forgotten. Bless you.

  • Very moving (that was NOT meant to be a pun!) I have seen the origional memorial in DC and it is an incredible sight especially when you find the name of a family member or friend in the midst of the other brave souls. A very fitting album for the holiday. A salute to you and to our brave troops. Judy of North Carolina

  • This is a great tribute to the soldiers who unselfishly gave their all for our freedom. May we never forget their love for our country and their supreme sacrifice for us!

  • It's so tragic that so many innocent people, both soldiers and civilians on both sides, have to die unnecessarily for political causes. The grief of their families will never cease.

  • Thank you for sharing this very moving album. This Wall is coming to our city in a couple of weeks. I look forward to seeing it and sharing it with my children. I have been blessed to not know any of these names, but it affects me deeply just the same. Freedom is not free. God bless our troops!

  • A very moving and special album. Congratulation on getting this one featured, well deserved. The B&W pictures are somehow much more expressive at communicating the feeling behind these great shots. Well done! Don.

  • Other Comments: "Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior." "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man give his life for his friends." The life is the most precious thing a man has; the life is all he is; the life is himself. This is the highest measure of love: when a man gives his life, he hold nothing back, he gives all he has and is.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTRBPCcJwhE&feature=email A Vietnam Veteran sent this link to me after he listened to my website music links. He said he had to stop watching it after "Pretty Boy" got shot. I have never seen this footage clip before and I am 49 yrs. old. I can not wrap my mind around such a thing as war but I support America whole hardly!! Just like you do!! My family is USAF.

  • I hate to say this--But as the USA sought to bring down Araq, as the first bomb fell, I wrote a letter to my news paper that said (I HAVE READ THIS BOOK BEFORE) meaning I knew that there was going to be a lot of US military personal killed in this war. I see the count growing every day. I saw the numbers grow daily, a few at first and more and more everyday. I do not want people to get me wrong, I support our Troops 100%, but I hate to see these young men and women loose there lives for a no end war. The people who live there is like Vietnam--how do you tell the good from the bad? These people have no VALUE on there own lives, must less that of a US soilder, who will die for them. I love the respect that the Great wall brings to our people, but are we going to have to build another one for our troops when we finally end this WAR ON TERROR--that seems like to ME, we have gotten into another Vietnam. MAY GOD BLESS THE USA AND FOR WHAT IT STANDS FOR.
