Good to hear from you Sharon. I was getting concerned about you. I was having trouble with Webshots for a while. My albums were all scrambled up. I wrote them a letter and asked what was going on. They wrote me back and said they were having problems and everything should be back to normal soon. It took a couple of days and now everything IS back to normal. I've been watching the Cardnals too. They are doing good aren't they? The butterfly album started when I found a catterpillar in my flower garden. I brought him in and put him in an aquariam and watched him turn into a crysilis, then watched him come out as a monarch butterfly. Only God can take an ugly looking worm and make a beautiful butterfly out of it. What an amazing God we serve, your friend, Dwight.

It is quite clear to me that you know very well what you are doing and that you are doing it very well! You either read a lot about photography or you are very gifted! Keeping a piece of sky in your photo's gives balance to your photo's. Old trick, but it works every time! I also noticed that you are very aware of the time of day. Avoiding mid-day and taking the shadows into calculation, tells me that you are very good at what you do! Keep it up!

Hi sharon! Glad you liked the grape hyacinths. I just can't stop snappin' the camera! Rod definitely did feel outnumbered, especially when the girls were teenagers and my mom lived with us for a few years!!! That's why we had to get Petie, he needed another male around the house:-))))) Our girls all live here in the valley so far. Is Columbus very far away from St. Charles? These photos are up to yours and Bob's usual standards of excellence!!! Don't you think EVERYBODY should have gardens this beautiful! I would love it as long as I had a staff of gardeners to maintain it! The Shaw's Nature Reserve sounds fantastic. I think that would be a wonderful place to go and I'm sure you guys would get some great pics there!
