I love the pictures, these are some really nice Houston fences , especially the one with the pink roses. I just planted some roses along my picket fence and hope they will grow to be this beautiful.

Hi Marjie, I enjoyed the tour of assorted picket fences. They are surrounded by such lush vegitation. These fences are just the opposite of my fence album that shows what the other season is like. Either way, I guess they are covered in white, and the patterns are attractive. Great album.

I did view your feature bonsai etc album when featured & at same time the Bellevue botanical gdn album. I have travelled a lot in past 4 months (cannot avoid taking bargains! LOL). I love this unique album - how charming to select fences, gates and houses as a subject. The photos of the deer who came to dinner are a nice touch of variety. Marjie, This is still one of my favorite albums on Webshots. It is a stress reducer for me! Hey, enjoy your trip to Baltimore. I know all about not allowing cameras in the Whitehouse - that was a hard pill to swallow. It's like I'm not complete without my camera attached to my arm! Who would have thought to make picket fences a theme for an album. But it is a great idea. And you did an excellent job. All the photos were visually appealing and rich in color.

Just wanted you to know that I took your advice and had a wonderful experience. I stopped and asked permission to photograph and had a wonderful 30 minute guided tour of a beautifully landscaped yard with a gentlemen more than happy to let me shoot at my heart's content. I had a great time!

Hi, I'm back again. I just wanted to ask you if you ask permission of home owners before you snap photos of their picket fences. I have found a photo of a wagon I would love to photograph but don't know if I should ask permission or not? Suggestions?

Loved your picket fence photos! I have used a digital camera but still prefer my tried-n-true 35 mm. I am really just getting started with Webshots but hope to have several albums to share with others soon. Enjoy - photography is certainly a consuming hobby!

This is where my heart is..I too have a white picket fence..They just make it home..Painting around those rose bushes is not so much fun but oh well I survive..Now for the real question of the day do tell me about those beautiful daisys..I love them and they are so tall..Info please....Kimberly
