Album Description:

These are some of the ships taking part in the Torquay to Santander Tall Ships race, September 3rd 2005. The actual day of the race was very trying. It was very misty hence some computer wizardry to bring the ships up a bit more.

  • Hi Karen,a lovely album of the tallships in Torbay,the opening image is a beauty,did you take the helicopter flight to get that one?,I took quite a few on the Friday evening from Corbyn Head and intended to go down for the sail round the bay next morning but the weather was awful,hope they'll be back next year,Regards,Rod.
