Yes the SS is an M6, and so was my Z28 that I just sold. My plan was to sell the Z28 and buy a Corvette but only 4 months after selling the Z28, I couldn't take it anymore and had to buy another one. Figured might as well be a convertible! I don't think I'm a Corvette person afterall at this point in my life. Not to stereotype, but most of the Vette people I've talked to don't know much about their cars. On the other hand, I'd LOVE to have a GTO and thought hard about it. But decided to get the SS as my toy and in a few years, probably replace my beater Beretta with whatever the "Chevy Performance Coupe" turns out to be. RWD of course. Hey I can hope right.

Nice GTO! I drove an '04 a few months ago and loved it. I can only imagine how nice an '05 with an LS2 must be. Beautiful!
