    • Very interesting. My buddy and I were just talking about putting a small Perkins or a 4BT in my 800a a few weeks ago. What was your reasoning for switching from the SD33T? Also, where did you find your motor? If it is an industrial motor, did you have any problems with the fuel system and governor? Just out of curiosity, what is your profession and what made you decide to do this? ST

    • hey Steve....I know this is a long time coming, but I just now noticed you left an entry at my photo album months ago. You asked about the drivetrain...as of now it has a D44 and 9'.....soon to be twin front D60's with 4 wh steering. I've found two fronts for a very reasonable price. The tranny is a T18, but I'd like to do a NV4500 swap. That will have to come after doing the 60 swaps. Where did you get your 4B, and have you had to do anything to it?

    • wow what a nice set of photos! one of my projects is a 6bt in a 56 int travel-all...if i can locate a 4bta, i'll do a similar install, i,m sure the turbo mount is avalable with a downward outlet...again a pleasure to see your progress ray clarissa_wang@yahoo.com
