Did you clean this place at all? The conditions those poor animals live there are terrible. At least you should give them food & water on clean place and treat them with dignity. They have fillings too. I have dog myself and I foster before few of them, but all of them got medical help and found happy home. I wish the same for those poor dogs and cats. Unfortunately I live in the building and can not have too many animals and it's too bad because I will definately adopt few of them.

That is terrible about the condition of those dogs and cats. I wish I could take some of them but my landlord doesn't allow dogs and I already have three cats. This sort of reminds me of the old lady who lived in Paynesville a few years ago and had 150 dogs living with her.
