I lived only 30 miles from this wonderful place for years. Moved away almost 5 years ago, but I return 3-4 times a year to dive and do some sightseeing. I also have a Monterey Album on my page and will be adding to it when I return in June from another 10 days of fun, sun and diving. Congraduations on this featured album. Congratulations on your feature today, we were in Monterey quite recently for the day, & before for a couple of days 3 years ago, since then the lone cypress seems to have lost it's smaller companion that is not usually shown in most photos. I did have it in my photo (famous trees album), if you ever see a book called "remarkable trees of the world" by Thomas Packenham you can also see your other Monterey tree in it from a different angle!
