Beautiful shots of the Falls from the Canadian side. We were just there last Monday.. the week before the guy went over the horseshoe falls :-) I uploaded my shots too if you would like to see them in full autumn color. Daytime photos were on the American side, night shots were from the Canadian side. I'll come back again and look at the rest of your great albums. Thanks, Ruth

There are 3 different sets of Falls at Niagara. The big U-shaped set at the very start of the Niagara River, which stretches across from the American side to the Canadian side are the Horseshoe Falls. The large set that are ON the American side are the American Falls. The small falls right next to the American Falls are the Bridal Veil Falls. Just wanted to clear that up. I lived 40+ years at Niagara. You have lovely photos, but some are miss-labelled.

I'm originally from Erie,Pa now living in Lakeland,Florida. I haven't been up that way for at least 8 years and have visited the Falls many times. My mother grew up in the Falls & I've lived in the Buffalo area my whole life. When I was a teenager and a cousin came from Albany I asked my parents "Why are we going to the Falls? I've seen it a million times!" Just shows what you take for granted when it's in your own back yard. I still catch myself being amazed at how far people travel to see it. Hope you come back soon!
