  • Helloo, Boet! this is a beautifully presented album! The alternation of the millenary old pyramids and the Cairo streets nowadays are a very inspired choice. Plus, the shots are beautifully taken, with a good eye for composition. Best regards, Yoshiyuki Tanaka

  • Hi Boet! Egypt, Cairo and the pyramids have always been so fascinating to me, I just had to take the time to view this album. Perfect captures! From the mosque to the pyramids you have held me with rapt attention! The daily lives of the people were so interesting...and ahhh...the pyramids...love the one with the camel laying in the foreground...it screams EGYPT !!! The photos of the smiling girls with the police in the background and the one of the police and soldiers are sad reminders of the times we live in. If you have a minute, please check out my Washington, DC. album for another reminder....soldiers on top of the White House! Thanks for sharing with us all...enjoyed the tour very much...take care...Darlene

  • Thanks again for sharing. Have now made already two nice trips again to Egypt. LOng time since been there, but still think the most interesting thing also also there is the people. Love your human images, well like also those other ones. Your son, the sfynx looking man and the group of nice girls smiling to the photographer, and well of course the beauty and the book. Greetings, Antti

  • Hello dear Boet, big is not always better; this goes for the preceeding comment. Your two new albums are superb, the way you present the important things on your trips is just unique. 13,14,20 are stunning, the one with your son Maarten (my son is also Martin, just spelled differently) is fabulous. I will now see again your next album and delight myself , free ticket to Egypt, thank you for the tour, as always the master of photography and storytelling. A nice hug, Kathy

  • Hi Boet! Nice to have you back. I hope you enjoyed your trip! I enjoyed your album here. Great shots of the pyramids and sphinx, as well as interesting photos from the life of Cairo, which is usually failed to be captured despite so many vicitors. I hope to see more photos from your trip. Best wishes, Orly
