I love this album so much I am in love with sunsets, I'm always trying to capture the ones in my hometown on my camera phone. I think they are the most heavenly pictures on earth we can witness of what is on the other side of the sunsets and the heavenly skies. I've never seen any quite this beautiful. I know your name should be "Heavenly Man". I hope if you have other albums like this I can find a way to view them I drop in on this web site often just to take a vacation from this dying world. Hi Ted, I see you got a brand NEW first page! The upload program is going a little crazy. Today I fixed a misspell in the search keywords on an album and got a NEW for thiat album! Anyway, it is always nice to look at your albums, even when you didn't add anything! :-) It's great to see you back and well and making jokes as always. Yes , you can eat Apples and honey for breakfast, but there are a lot of other things we eat for the New Year, for example the stuffed head of a fish!! The begin/the head....! You had far over 120 messages in your featured album on feature day. I have never seen ANY album with such a respond. I enjoyed your photos because I, too, am enchanted by clouds and by sunsets. Sky Rainbow really caught my attention because of the unique cloud formation with the darkening sky above. The captions were quite imaginative and definitely enhanced your album.

Thank you for these beautiful shots. In 1977 I was an atheist, but troubled by the eye-popping beauty of many Colorado sunsets. Try as I might, I just couldn't accept that beauty as really nothing more than the result of a happenstance arrangement of dust particles in the atmosphere. The "witness" of those skies planted a seed of doubt in my belief that there was no god, and created openness to the witness of God in the Bible, which I began to explore a few months later. I'm still thankful to God that He used those Colorado sunsets as an early step in bringing me to faith in Jesus Christ. Thanks again to you for reminding me of that life changing event.

Dear Ted,this photography of yours is incredible!Doesn't the Good Lord create the most magnificent subjects!!!!!Thankyou so very much for your lovely entry- Ted ,I am not at all technical and only use my daughters little schoolroom Cannon PowerShot A200 digital camera.Jenni-Marie has Downes Syndrome and we teach her at home.I have found though ,that I fiddle when taking the photos to get just the right light to catch their expressions (I try to make them into characters with personalities so that I can write stories for Jen with the shots (check out 'Fairytale for Believers 'in which I use photos of all of our pets).I have found that Jen learns so much more and easily when I do this style of photography and story telling.Hey !you take photos that just leave me breathless they are so wonderful....I know that you are going to have so much fun creating with your new lense!!!!!!!I just keep the camera in my pocket so that I snap whatever happens (no tripod or lense changing for me it is purely hit or miss!!!!!!!!!:0)))))))) ) Hope the Easter Bunny was good to you.......yeah !The girls have all turned into chocy blobs!Warmest wishes from New Zealand and thanks so much for visiting my VERY amature shots!-Lynne

Fabulous photos Ted and you have inspired me to have a go myself at these sunsets. Started last night in fact when we had one of the most fantastic skies I have seen in years - I posted the photo on the end of my Garden 1104 album, just for somewhere to put it really. I much appreciated your remarks in my Albany guest book - that is a favourite place of ours and over the years I think I must have photographed every single thing there is, yet STILL we find new things!!
