Fabulous images of these birds. I have seen them at the wildlife & wetlands trust reserve, Slimbridge England, but was also lucky enough to see 4 at a distance in their natural habitat last month. Eric

... these are fabulous photos. My husband and son are on their way to Chili next week ... sadly to ski in Portillo so they probably won't be seeing too many of your flamingos, I suppose. But your photos are truly breathtaking! When I was a very little girl, we spent some time in Florida ... and I have fond but fuzzy memories of a dreamy lake and many, many flamingos ... how much is memory and how much fantasy? Don't know ... but these lovely photos bring it all back and are the real thing. Thanks so much for sharing!!! Regards, Lois, Maryland USA

Hi J.A.! What a great album about flamingos! Great shots, lovely colors. Wonderful! A real pleasure to my eyes. I must thank you for your nice words in my Havana album. And please, forgive my delay in answering, but I've been ill, so, all my activity in Webshots is quite late. You have asked me about Cuba... Well... It's a beautiful country, with many natural beauties, but of course, I've been rather shocked with the poverty of the people, specially in Havana. The city is over crowded, with people living in very degraded buildings with very few hygienical conditions, and this part really shocked me... Some houses have several generations living there... The people is nice, although they almost always expect some kind of help. And, of course, everybody is very divided about the regime. I think Fidel HAS BEEN a great man in old times, maybe... But that country really needs an urgent change. I think I will wait a few years before I return there... I hope I have satisfied your curiosity:) best regards, Rosa, in Portugal

Hallo Jeff! you visited me some time ago..and thank you for that encouragment!8> -- I got into these Flamingos and am just flabbergasted with these foto's. You are SUCH a professional, I'm honoured you even took time out to visit my little novice attempts. I looked at many of your albums; but the foto's are so small, and I enjoy dwnloading so much; that the Flamingo Album is my favourite. Here are my most beloved dwnloads, of yours, (not naming all of them): #10,12,15,17--the bath, YES. Plus, 26, he/she's seems to be enjoying it's foto in the mirror of the waters...I like both the orangish colours as well as the more pink Flamingos as in number 33. Also...in each foto, because the birds are all so pink, the reflections in the waters are so pink as well, making for gorgeous work. They remind me of past times I spent at the Ding Darling Nature Preserve on Sanibel Island, Florida. There are many flocks there although they are quite shy and difficult to get close enough for good quality foto's. Anyway, thank you for sharing the joy of these special species! Best Regards, Barb

Hi Jeff, I did look at all of your albums but found this to be my favorite. I love #5, 7 & 33. It's almost as if you could reachout and touch them...just beautiful shots. With caliber and quality exhibited here, it makes the comments you left on my roses that much more special. Thanks so much. Sandy in Georgia, USA

What a great variety of poses, and we probably don't need to tell you that they're excellent. And what a great way to get 100's of people to download your pics, have them on their desktops and have your name in their minds, so if they need to purchase a photo, they know who to contact. More professionals should do what you've done here, I'll certainly keep your name in mind. Thanks again for sharing such an amazing talent, and such great equipment. - Jeanie from Tacoma WA

Wow! These are the most beautiful flamingos I've ever seen. Is it just these particular birds that are so pretty or is it that others don't see their souls as you do? It's so hard to pick a favorite. I like #2, #4, and #22 the best. Thanks for sharing and hope to see this album as a feature soon! Lynn in Tidewater Virginia USA

I'm speachless... I've never ever seen before such beautiful photos of these amazing and strange birds. CONGRATULATIONS! I'm sooo jalous about them: I just published myself my first album about animals (Mexican Birds), but since I saw your collection, I don't like my pics anymore... Best regards from Switzerland! Mike
