Dave - I was poking through the WS Featured Albums archives and came across this album of yours. Wow, a person's memory begins to forget just how horrific it really was. - Madge

Hi there, a very belated congratulations on your feature. What makes it all seem more special is the work you've put into helping those in need. I've had a look at your other albums - you sure have done some tripping around. Are your trips for pleasure or relief work? Cheers, Sharon, Brisbane Australia

Wow, it is sure hard getting back to normal. Children always amaze me how resilient they are--such beautiful happy faces. The devastation is amazing still. In a few years, maybe you won't notice the destruction much? Florida where my Dad (where he lives) Melbourne Beach was hit bad 2 years ago from the hurricans.Still being repaired to this day. Everything was rebuilt for him on the beach, he returned a year later. The beach lost 18 feet of hill by the last storm, the town just added 6 feet of sand on to the beach in May. It is not enough, another bad storm with take most of the houses on a 5 mile stretch next time. The homes are only 12 feet away from a 25 feet drop. Things are aok now but pray Florida does not get a storm this year. We will hope you never have this happen again. We hope you can repair things quickly now. Best wishes. Gin the artist
