I am working with the person that purchased the Alabama Coach Co. and I am looking for some old photos of the bus depot and/or the garage. Might you have any images that can use or know who I can contact?

Your site is one of the most interesting sites that I have seen on Webshots Community. Please try to keep adding to this rich history of our state. I have a small page about mining and "days long gone" on my site. I hope that one day it will be half as good as what you have done. mpesky1@bellsouth.net Thanks, Mike (Pickett family of Pearidge, AL)

Both my mother and father attended The University of Montevallo. Following in their footsteps, I, their youngest daughter attended and graduated from UM in May 1999. Montevallo is such a beautiful and special place and I will always hold it close to my heart. I'm even getting married there in the Fall even though I now live in Charlotte, NC!! Thank you for creating such a wonderful page dedicated to a wonderful, beautiful town. PURPLE VICTORY!! :)

I think that Montevall was and still is a beautiful city.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful collection with all of us in Shelby County. It is wonderful to see people who are interested in preserving the history of our country and I know your collection will certainly be a blessing to everyone.

I LOVE the picture of the Korell House on Main Street, Montevallo. I fell in love with it as a little boy, when we drove from Helena to my grandparents house at Six Mile in Bibb County. Got any more pictures of it? I really miss that house....
