I just had to have a peak at this before going out!! This is the Australian rainforests that I simply just LOVE!! Beautiful photos Mick. Shall tell u a short story about a Rainforest Knife painting that I did in email and you shall understand the drawing poer of knife painting and it's depth!!..There is just something magical about the powerful beauty of our Rainforests, and sad to hear the other day from a local who left Cairns because she said they have taken the Canopy off the top of that Ancient Forest nth of Cairns....and the selfish ones are going to try and create another Gold Coast. The locals are devastated. Daintree is part of the oldest forest in the world, extending down from New Guinea, but now the oceans have claimed the visible connection. Trees are my most favorite thing and I often stand and hug them. Oneday I hope to mural big rainforests on buildings to make people aware that we need these trees for life, and that we are their guardians and we better start right now to save what beauty is left. This album exudes that calling with its beauty and the power of the element of water combined. Tks for sharing this beauty and shall be back to visit somemore of your beautiful state.
