You have a beautiful home! I know it's a labor of love - but well worth the hard rock. Take care, Kris :)

Tammy, your new house is so pretty! I have a strange question for you. Do you remember purchasing a quantity of the black Waverly Romantica fabric from the Barn Fabric Center? If so, do you have any that you would be willing to sell? We are moving to a new house and I need 7 more yards for WT's in my new living room to match the panels I already have. I can't find this fabric anywhere! If you have some you're willing to sell me, you can contact me at paintergal92@yahoo.com Thank you so much!

pwhisenant - Thank you so much! I will have to find out where Fayetteville, TN is. We currently have a sale pending on a Queen Anne Victorian in Dyersburg, TN. She needs some work but nothing like this house has needed. It's been a long 4 years of renovation with many stories to go with it. We will certainly miss this house! I would love to see your B&B! Jennifer C - Thank you! I will check out your website! nbws6 - The dining room has been through a few changes over the years. When we bought the house, it had been enclosed to make an additional bedroom. We tore out the wall and opened it back up. For a couple of years, it was my office and painted green. Then, one day I decided it needed a color change. So, I decided to try a darker color and loved it the moment the first splotch of paint hit the wall. The corner built-in used to be just plywood. It was a fun project to see the transformation as I went along. Yolanda - Thank you! Yes, we have worked on every room - nothing was was left untouched. This house started out as a single family home and then was converted into a 2 family. Changes were made - kitchen and bathroom were added, bedrooms created but then it was converted back to a single family. Some things were changed back but most were not. There was still plumbing in the chimney! We really wanted to start working on the outside of the house this summer but now we won't be able to. Hopefully someone will want to finish what we started. tj2052 - Thank you as well! I will definitely check out your photos! Have a wonderful day from Massachusetts! housewarming - Yes, I am a member at GI but have not been there in awhile. We've been working on several areas all at the same time - including the kitchen. So, spare time has not been a part of our daily life for awhile now.

Good morning! My brother in Florida called this morning to tell me about your guestbook entries. I had no idea these were here. Please forgive me in the delay in responding. FF2011 - Yes, we would be interested! There is one caveat though - our home will be going on the market in the next week or two. We are being transferred to Tennessee late this summer but there are a few months left before we move.

Hi Tammy. I'm a scout for Country Victorian magazine and was wondering if you'd be interested in the possiblility of being featured in our magazine?

Hello Tammy, Wandered upon these photos as I was looking for some information on Victorian landscaping. What a wonderful place! You've done a great job! My husband and I are also working on an old Victorian...1869, although the back part of the house dates to the 1820's. Ours is now a bed and breakfast, and we love sharing it with our guests. It's the Little Young House in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Come for a visit, and we'll compare war stories!
